Nothing in my Mind

OK, so this is a strange one, it goes kind of like this: "Master, what shall I do if I have nothing in my mind?" 

"Throw it out." "But if I have nothing in my mind, how can I throw it out?" "Carry it out then."

I have to admit, this is my You Tube video, I made it when I couldn't think of anything else to do. 

It's a conversation by a Buddhist monk and his student, over a thousand years ago. The idea with Buddhism is through meditation, you stop the mind from racing, and find quiet contentment. 

I don't know if you will like this one or not, but I wanted to share nothing in my mind with the viewers of Video Mobster anyway.
