Largest Insect Ever Found

Is this the largest insect ever found?

This is a centipede fighting a snake in Penang, Malaysia, and if it isn't the largest insect in the world, then I don't want to meet the one that is!

This enormous insect is almost two feet long, and can kill a snake quite easily. After the centipede finished off the snake, it was captured, and taken away by the Malaysian authorities for research. 

As far as the largest insect in the world, it depends if you're going by weight, length, volume, etc, but with those hundred legs, I would have to say this is the one that causes the largest chill down your spine.
