A boy and his Snake

This boy has a large snake as a pet!

This video comes from Cambodia, where this five year old boy has a five meter long python as a pet!

He tries to ride it around the house, and they seem very attached to each other. The snake almost seems human on some level. 

I'm not sure if this is one of those species of snakes that attacks it's prey by crushing them to death, but the boy hasn't been harmed so far, and they get along really well. 

Still, I wouldn't recommend a five meter snake as a pet for a boy, as some snakes like the anaconda have been known to eat boys of that size.
