I don't know the names of all of these martial arts, I just know it is a compilation video of many different martial artists doing crazy fast acrobatic kicks, flips, and weapon spinning moves.
It's really amazing to watch the speed and agility of these guys, the maker of this video made it to inspire his friend to keep training.
I always had an interest in the martial arts myself, but I never kept fit enough to be able to anything like this.
Come to think of it, most people could train for years, and still never be able to most of the things in this video. It's pretty amazing stuff.
