This is a successful world record attempt of the most blocks broken by hand in a minute. You wouldn't want to be the blocks hey.
Here's one more video I really liked, it's a young girl going for her black belt in tae kwon do, or at least it's the board breaking part of the examination.
She jumps over four kids and breaks a board with a jumping kick, and they show it to you in slow motion so you can see exactly what she's doing. It's cool to watch.
